Has anyone ever had an issue with the Nikzad carbonized strand cracking? I have hairline cracks on the surface of my planks.
Michael, I do not know if Nikzad has an ongoing problem with the strand Bamboo cracking but there is a tendency for Bamboo to crack when installing. Are the cracks on every board? How much of the flooring is having the problem?
The cracks are not on every board. Random boards throughout the house have the cracks. All cracks run with the grain which leads me to believe the boards may be seperating. The guy from Nikzad said it's normal but I'm having a hard time believing these cracks are normal. What do you think I should do? Are there inspectors who can look at these cracks and tell me the cause?

It is not uncommon for this to happen to flooring. Wood and bamboo expands and contracts seasonally, and during humidity and temperature changes. If there is a moisture problem or there has been a drastic change, this is not the fault of the material/nikzad.
Yes, you can have an independent flooring contractor that is certified for inspection. They will perform moisture tests and the cost is about $200+/-. Go to the NWFA.org site for help.
